Design for a student news
Created a minimalist and modern look that balances professionalism with youthful energy. The design focuses on simplicity and clear communication, helping the student news program stand out with a fresh and trustworthy visual style.
The orange color in the logo represents energy, creativity, and dynamism, which are characteristic of a student environment and inspire action and curiosity for new information. In contrast, the combination of orange with deep blue brings balance between youthfulness and professionalism – blue symbolizes trust, stability, and credibility, adding a sense of authority to the brand.
The logo also carries a hidden symbolism: the letter T is designed so that its horizontal bar overlaps the letter I, creating the image of a human figure who is “covering information.” This metaphor highlights the mission of journalism – to gather, process, and deliver news to the public. Together with the clean typography, the design results in a clear, modern, and memorable visual identity.
